Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address and profile settings when you sign up.
• Content you enter: campaigns, deals, schedules, transactions, to-dos, notes and files you upload.
• Connected platform data: when you choose to connect a social account (such as YouTube), we receive the channel ID, channel name and avatar, your list of uploaded videos (title, publish date, privacy status) and their public statistics such as view counts.
• Technical data: basic logs (browser type, timestamps, errors) needed to keep the service secure and working.

• To show your videos and view counts inside your campaigns and calculate performance and CPM bonuses.
• To upload videos, set titles, descriptions, tags, privacy status and scheduled publish times on your behalf — only when you explicitly start an upload.
• To operate, secure and improve ViralKu and to contact you about your account.

ViralKu uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

We request these scopes: youtube.readonly (read your channel and video statistics) and youtube.upload (upload videos you choose). You can revoke ViralKu's access at any time via Google security settings or the Disconnect button in ViralKu.

ViralKu's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide the features you see in ViralKu. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes or to comply with law, and do not use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host and run ViralKu (under confidentiality obligations), with the platforms you connect when you ask us to act on them, or when required by law.

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Access tokens from connected platforms are stored server-side, never exposed to your browser, and accessible only by ViralKu's servers. Access is restricted per account.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect a platform, its stored tokens are deleted. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing contact@viralku.app; we complete deletion within 30 days.

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent for connected platforms at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.

ViralKu is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect their data.
