Terms of Service

ViralKu helps creators manage brand campaigns, schedules, to-dos, finances and content performance, and can connect to third-party platforms such as YouTube to read statistics and publish content you choose. Features may change during the private beta.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).

When you connect a third-party account you authorize ViralKu to access it within the permissions you grant. Your use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time. ViralKu is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta or TikTok.

You keep all rights to content you upload or create. You grant ViralKu a limited license to store, process and publish that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or post and for complying with each platform's rules.

• No illegal, infringing, harmful or misleading content.
• No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• No spam or automated abuse of connected platforms.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices and billing terms are shown before you purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Rate suggestions, earnings and CPM calculations are estimates for planning only and are not financial, tax or legal advice.

You may stop using ViralKu and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

ViralKu is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralKu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or data, or for actions of third-party platforms.

We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. Contact: contact@viralku.app.
